Civil engineering / CONTRACTOR

This Ford Ranger and VW Amarok pick-up trucks have been kitted with ZEVIM underfloor drawers to give a large and tidy carrying capacity. The ZEVIM underfloor drawer gives 150kg of load capacity per drawer (1.5m. long fully extensible) and a potential 1 ton capacity on the top deck if necessary.

System uses/Application:
This set-up will be ideal to fit-out any pick-up truck for any Builder, Field Mechanic, Engineer, Ferrier, Engineer…

MOBILE MECHANIC

This VW Tranporter T6 has been kitted with one ZEVIM Underfloor drawer with a Heavy Duty slider carrying some ZEVIM Drawers and Assortment boxes. The floor/roof and sides have been fitted with aluminium tracks to secure Tyres, engine, gearbox… with the help of Quick Release Ratchet strap and Spring loaded poles.
System uses/Application:
This set-up will be ideal to fit-out any small or large van for any Mechanic, Field Engineer, Plumber, Electrician…

TRUCK MECHANIC

This VW Transporter T6 has been kitted with two ZEVIM Underfloor drawers at the back door and two at the sliding door. By doing so, we managed to store all the small tools and equipment this Mechanic required, leaving the top deck free of space and able to still carry one ton of cargo. More than enough to install a Compressor, a Generator and carry any required load. After a year of use the customer outgrow the T6. We were able to install all these drawers and add an extra one at the sliding door of the VW Crafter, covering again all the floor space of the new van bar about 30cm that was accessible with a trap door and tuck-in an inverter and a battery.

FIELD MECHANIC

This Ford Transit has been kitted with few ZEVIM drawers unit to make a sturdy workbench. Some drawers and assortment boxes are mounted at 90 degrees to be accessible from the outside of the van through the sliding door. Some transparent tilt bins (MB Boxes) above the worktop give quick access of all the commonly used bolts, nuts, fuses, clips… The numerous ZEVIM drawers come in standard with 3 dividers providing ample storage for all the tools and parts required.

PLUmber / Electrician

These Renault Traffic, have been fitted with transparent tilt bins (MB Boxes). These transparent tilt bins as well with some shelving form the ideal set-up for any Electrician, Plumber, Fitter… They allow to carry a large quantity of various fitting, screws, nuts and bolts. At a glance you can find any of this small parts and check as well their stock level. The steel locking bar ensure that the bins don’t open during transport.

The shelving units allow for all the tools and bigger parts to be stored.

SALESMAN / TRADESMAN VAN

This Ford Custom has been kitted with shelving units. The shelving behind the driver is accessible from outside through the second sliding door. Thus facilitating access to the equipment or tools mostly used avoiding to climb in the back of the van.

Mini Workshop

These vans are fitted with some ZEVIM drawers units and shelving and a workbench to transform any size van into a mini workshop.

glazier VAN

This Renault Traffic van has been fitted with a row of shelving on both side.

In front of the row of shelving in the driver side, a slanted frame with aluminium track has been bolted to tie down panes of glass.
